The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and beach. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff were cute and friendly. the hotel was clean and had nice facilities.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff are friendly, smiley, and always ready to help, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.
My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any significant areas for improvement.

Great place to stay! Location is ideal for exploring the town and local attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel offers two good facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. the views of the city from the hotel were breathtaking.
The room had a musty smell that was not pleasant. the breakfast buffet could have been better with more variety of fresh hot food, some of which was not very palatable.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Cilacap. The location is convenient, close to the train station and shops. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The room was comfortable with a queen size bed and the free WiFi was a great bonus.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel had a great view of the city and the ocean, and the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to enjoy it. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Also, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge and a coffee maker for convenience.
The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants, which meant we had to rely on taxis to get around. Also, the breakfast buffet was a bit limited in terms of options, and the coffee was not very good. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.
